The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) works to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees. Any company (even a company of one person) comes under the jurisdiction of OSHA.

Every employer must display an OSHA poster in the workplace, giving employees information about OSHA and their rights under this law and where to file charges for violations. You can obtain the poster from OSHA directly or you can download one online (make sure you follow the specific requirements when printing). Posters are available in several languages.​
