A Pro Forma spreadsheet provides details on sales and income from your business and an estimation of your tax liability.

You should include at least one year’s projections (some lenders may request estimates for two or more years) in your business plan. You already have most of the information you will need to prepare the Pro Forma Income Statement (xlsx) (which will be reported on a quarterly basis).​
