When you’re looking for a property to lease, make sure you have a list of things to consider. Keep in mind what items are non-negotiable, and those that are just nice to have. The following list will get you started:

Some additional considerations when looking for space to lease:

  • Space needed: How much space will you need? (The general consensus is that you will need between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet of usable space for your first one-doctor office.)
