A study from BrightLocal found that 91% of customers trust online reviews like they would a personal recommendation. This powerful stat shows us why it is so important to have a strategy in place to manage your online reviews.

In the health care field, there are more sites to consider than just Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. Reviews can also appear on sites like Vitals, Healthgrades and RateMDs. While it is not essential that you have accounts on all these sites, it is important to know where your information is and whether or not it is accurate.​

Complete an inventory of each site and whether or not you have a listing. Then make sure you track all the sites that have your business information. (A spreadsheet will work for this.) That way if you ever need to update information, like an address, you know which sites to update.​
