A vision statement should not be confused with a mission statement. A mission statement is what your business is currently doing and a vision statement is what your practice hopes to accomplish long term.
When developing a vision statement, it should be easy to understand, communicate and be shared by all the employees and patients of your practice. It should also encompass the mission, purpose, goals and values of your practice.
